Dr. Ju is a Senior Research Engineer at The Materials Technologies Corporation (MTC) since 2009. His areas of expertise include structural mechanics and structural dynamics, multibody dynamics, aeroelasticity and rotorcraft dynamics, and elastomeric material modeling. He obtained his Bachelor (in Civil Engineering) and Master (in Structural Engineering) Degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, respectively. In 2007 and 2009, he got his Master and Ph. D, both in Aerospace Engineering, from Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively.

After joined the MTC in 2009, Dr. Ju worked on several NASA and DoD SBIR/STTR projects. Some examples are a NASA Phase II on modeling elastomeric dampers in multibody dynamics analysis, a NAVY Phase I on characterizing the impact of control surfaces free-play on flutter, and another NAVY Phase I on developing high fidelity hydraulic lag damper model for rotorcraft analysis.

Dr. Ju is a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and a member of the American Helicopter Society (AHS).
